WE Rewards

One of the most exciting benefits to WE Members is being able to participate in the reward system. At the end of every 12 months the participant’s diligence and commitment is rewarded. The women who completed the requirements are Commissioned as Women of Excellence and awarded the attractive WE Pendant Necklace. The second year they receive the striking WE Ring as their commitment to continue being a Woman of Excellence is Re-Confirmed. The third year Re-Confirmation award is the beautiful WE Bracelet.

Each piece is designed uniquely for Women of Excellence by a Jewelry Designer and Gemologist, Kelly Stariha of K. Stariha Designs. Each has special significance to this life changing ministry. These can be purchased by WE Directors in the WE Membership site.

Women of Excellence Necklace

There is a great deal of significance in the necklace:
The silver represents a pure heart; it shines as we shine for Him.
The cross is the core of our lives and epitomizes the relationship we have in
Him.
The background illustrates how our hearts and lives are meshed with Him.
The diamond displays how the Lord sees us as a crown jewel.
The sash runs over the jewel and symbolizes the righteousness and the
authority that we have in Him.
Wearing this necklace exemplifies your dedication, discipline, and
determination to be a Woman of Excellence.

Second Year Re-Confirmation Ring

The center is filled with ornate and detailed scrolling. This is representative of
Jesus as The Vine and our lives as they are intertwined in Him.
Around the oval are the words Women of Excellence.
The necklace and ring are both symbols of honor. Wearing them signifies
that you are dedicated to diligently seeking the Lord and His will with your
whole heart. They are a visible testimony of obedience to the command to
serve Him as we serve others.

Third Year Re-Confirmation Bracelet

Jesus Christ is the center, the focal point of all of our lives like the diamond in
the center of the Women of Excellence Bracelet.
The diamond symbolizes all that a Women of Excellence is in her relationship
to Jesus Christ and how she is a reflection of His strength and purity.
The design is whimsical, ornate, detailed, and the deeper you look the more
details you see. This represents the many facets of women and how the details
are more beautiful and powerful as you examine closer.
The chain is intertwined as all Women of Excellence are. WE are connected to
each other and to our local church as we broaden the stakes of our tents to
meet and share with other Women of Excellence partners across the nation.
Even the fluid design of the chain is not just one interlocking ring, but two.
Women need each other and we are stronger with together: if one prevails
against him, two shall withstand him.
There is an inscription on the back side of the charm that has the words
Women of Excellence for a lasting reminder of our commitment to be His
disciple and to make disciples.
